These terms apply to your use of the Surat Security Group website and to enquiries submitted through it. Security services themselves are governed by the separate written agreement signed between Surat Security Group and the client.

Information on this website

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Service descriptions explain how we normally work; the exact scope, personnel count, shift pattern and cost for any site are confirmed only in a written quotation following a site assessment.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability of personnel for a requested date or location. We will confirm what we can staff after assessing the site.

Quotations and service agreements

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Deployment begins only after the scope, charges, shift pattern and supervision arrangements are agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website to submit unlawful, abusive or deliberately false information, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its administrative area.

Intellectual property

The Surat Security Group name, logo, text and images on this website belong to Surat Security Group and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability in respect of security services is governed solely by the signed service agreement.
