FAQ
Questions clients ask before signing a security contract
Straight answers on deployment, supervision, shift cover, pricing and what happens when something goes wrong.
Getting started
- How quickly can security personnel be deployed at my site?
- It depends on the size of the requirement and the shift pattern. Small deployments can usually begin shortly after the site assessment and written plan are agreed; larger multi-shift sites need more lead time so that personnel are properly selected and briefed rather than simply sent. Call +91 9958684077 with your date and we will tell you honestly what we can staff.
- Do you visit the site before giving a quotation?
- Yes. We do not quote a number of guards over the phone. A site visit tells us how many posts are genuinely needed, which shifts matter most and what the site's specific risks are. The quotation follows the assessment.
- What information should I have ready for the first call?
- What type of premises it is, how many entry and exit points, the hours that need cover, whether there is existing CCTV, and anything that has gone wrong before. That is enough for us to plan a useful site visit.
Supervision
- How is security supervision handled after deployment?
- Supervisors check posts, verify attendance and shift handovers, and report observations to your named contact. Supervision is part of the contracted service, including for night shifts — not an optional add-on.
- What happens if a guard does not report for a shift?
- The post is covered. Reliever arrangements and the escalation chain are agreed before deployment begins, so an absence is handled by the supervisor rather than becoming your problem. You are informed when it happens.
- Will the same personnel be posted at our site regularly?
- We aim for continuity, because a guard who knows your site, your staff and your routine is far more effective than a rotating stranger. Reliever cover is needed for leave and rest days, and relievers are briefed on the site.
Operations
- How is an incident reported to us?
- Anything that meets the escalation rules agreed for your site is communicated to your named contact immediately — during the incident, not in a later report. A written record follows, and registers for visitors, material movement and incidents are maintained daily.
- Can you work with our existing CCTV system?
- Yes. Our monitoring support uses the cameras and recording system you already have. We also review coverage and give you a written list of blind spots and obstructed views so you can fix them.
- Do you provide security for a single day or a one-off event?
- Yes. Events and functions are staffed as fixed-window deployments with a venue walk-through, an entry plan and a zone-wise deployment chart prepared before the day.
Commercial
- How is pricing decided?
- Pricing depends on the number of posts, the shift pattern, the hours covered and the level of supervision the site needs. It is confirmed in a written quotation after the site assessment, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
- Do you require a long contract?
- Service terms are agreed in writing before deployment and are discussed with you at the assessment stage. We would rather agree terms that suit the site than lock you into cover you do not need.
- Which types of sites do you cover?
- Corporate offices and business parks, residential and gated societies, industrial units, warehouses and yards, events and functions, and personal protection assignments. If a site spans more than one of these, we plan it as a single deployment with one supervision structure.
Tell us about the site. We will plan the cover.
A site visit costs you nothing and gives you a written post plan and quotation you can compare with anyone else's.
