A security company built around supervision, not headcount
Surat Security Group was founded to fix a simple problem: security staff are often placed on site and then left alone. We build the supervision layer that keeps a deployment honest.
How we work
### 1. Site assessment We visit the premises and record what actually needs protecting — entry points, parking, service lifts, storage areas, cash handling, visitor flow, and the hours when the site is most exposed. Nothing is quoted before this step.
### 2. Deployment plan From the assessment we prepare a post-wise plan: how many personnel, on which shifts, what each post is responsible for, what gets written down, and what must be escalated immediately.
### 3. Selection and briefing Personnel are matched to the site rather than dispatched at random. A guard at a corporate reception needs different conduct from a guard on a night patrol at a warehouse. Each person is briefed on the specific site before the first shift.
### 4. Supervision and review Supervisors check posts, verify attendance and shift handovers, and report problems to the client contact. Duty plans are revised when the site changes — new construction, a new shift pattern, a new entry gate.
What we will not do
We will not quote a number of guards without seeing the site. We will not promise cover we cannot staff. And we will not claim credentials or client names that are not ours to claim — if you want references, ask us directly and we will arrange what we genuinely have.
