Surat Security Group is led by its founder Aziz and co-founder Saleem Khan, who remain directly involved in client sites and service quality.

Leadership that stays close to the work

Surat Security Group is not run at a distance. Both the founder and the co-founder remain involved in site assessments, escalations and the standards personnel are held to.

That matters for a practical reason: when a client raises a problem, the decision to fix it does not have to travel through layers. It reaches someone who can act.

Aziz founded Surat Security Group and leads the company's direction, client relationships and service standards. He remains personally involved in site assessments and in escalations raised by client sites, and he sets the expectations that personnel and supervisors are held to.

His working principle is that a security contract is only as good as the supervision behind it — which is why supervision is written into the service rather than offered as an extra.

Saleem Khan is co-founder of Surat Security Group and focuses on deployment and day-to-day operations — matching personnel to sites, shift planning, supervisor rounds and the discipline of handovers and registers.

He works directly with client contacts, managing committees and plant teams to keep duty plans aligned with how a site actually runs, and revises those plans whenever the site changes.
